Where is FM Now?
This Web site was created in 1997 to bring more transhumanist
ideas to the Internet.
FM-2030 agreed to our reserving and building this Web site as a resource for
the advancement of both his ideas and the ideas of other transhumanists on the Internet.
Although FM was supportive in providing information and suggestions to its contents,
not all ideas on this site reflect the ideas and views of FM.
Transhumans are a new evolutionary being
resulting from the monumental breakthroughs of the late twentieth century. (FM-2030)
We are emerging from ages during which
we rarely planned ahead.
We did not understand the dynamics of change.
Planning for the future is a sure sign of intelligence. (FM-2030)
If you don't have a copy of FM's book Are You A Transhuman? at least ask yourself the following:
1. Do you plan to live 150
years and beyond, if not indefinitely? If so, have you signed up for cryonics?
2. Are you familiar with nanotechnology, genetic engineering, uploads, A-I, A-Life,
bio-technology and posthumans?
3. Are you actively seeking ways to enhance your intelligence and creativity?
4. Do you recognize emotional handicaps and strive to refine your emotions?
(Upgrade your knowledge base, information-process, feedback, playback, error correction in
your thinking?)
5. Have you designed your own life-extension and financial plan for your future?
6. Have you read at least one of the following non-fiction books:
